Cuprofit Copper Pipe - I've been an idiot

Just fitted some new radiators using 10mm Cuprofit Copper Pushfit connections with 10mm microbore soft copper pipes.

Been very stupid and despite buying and unpacking the pipe inserts, i clearly forgot to insert them into the pipes!!! -Ooopps

Not only that, but because of the limited space i had for the pipes, i ignored the other bit of fitting advice and didn't leave the required space between fittings and the wall etc to get removal tool in! Oopps

My question is, will I get away with it or am i going to be swimming when I refill the system.

Any advice will be appreiciated!

Should be ok, inserts are generally for plastic pipes.
