Current *estimate* per sq ft / mtr

Hi,

I am only after a guide idea. I am considering extending my kitchen into small side return. This would measure about 1.5 x 1.8 metres and I would be looking to have a pitched roof - not flat - with a couple of velux windows in it.

I remember seeing someone mentioning an extimate price per sq foot or metre - does anyone know what the current figure is?

There's so many variables, location, standard required, size, access etc extremely roughly approx. £1000/m2

Odds on you will have drain issues which will bump the price up.
