Ps An amazing inspirational man.
Deal with it.

Mrs Secure has the Michelle Obama book.

I am a less sophisticated beast, reading Dick Francis and his son's books, Which? and AutoExpress magazines.

EDIT: How not to die looks interesting.

Second thoughts, I read this review:

In a nutshell, go read all the research supporting the ketogenic diet; why saturated fat is GOOD for you; why eggs are GOOD for you; why avoiding heart disease isn't about cholesterol levels.....

And then try to make sense of this mishmash of populist nonsense where suddenly we are told again that saturated fat is bad, that we need to lower cholesterol levels to reduce heart disease.... yawn....

This is just poorly research and non-cutting edge rubbish based on populist notions from the 1980s and 90s.

Sorry, DP!

Dork's eyes aren't what they used to be so the reading list is getting neglected these days. But I can tell you the bestest ever book I ever read & my opinion on such matters is so highly regarded that I first lent the book out over 15yrs ago & haven't seen it since. I wrote a note on the inside cover & regularly get contacted (at least once a month) by the latest folk to read my copy.

It's called "White Spirit, Fly Free" by Pamela Townsend, the only book she ever wrote as far as I can tell, which is a damn shame because she writes so well.

It will make you laugh & it will make you cry. It will make you think about the difference between liking animals . . . & liking to own animals. Contact me before you get too involved in the subject matter, but the story is basically about how just one person can make a MASSIVE difference, because it's all that ever has.
