Curtain track identification needed

Hello. I have a white PVC single channel curved bay window track, approximately 33mm wide with a bottom opening slot. The end stop bracket has a distinctive rectangular shape with a recessed square indent and hinged clip. Fitted in a UK home, probably 1980s-2000s. I need replacement glider hooks. Swish Sologlyde, PATRAS and Integra Decorail have all been tried and are too small or wrong dimensions.Can anyone identify this track from the photos, and what kind of glider is needed? Thank you in advance.
