How new was the brickwork? Did you seal the underside of the worktop before installation?n How was the worktop secured? What has the supplier said?

Frankly I don't think that you can do much with it, but maybe if you take it off, turn it bow side up and weight it down it might settle back over a few weeks. I wouldn't hold out much hope, but you never know

Did you install this yourself or did a company do it? As suggested, turning it upside down with heavy weights for a few weeks may help, but while it is in this position spray it with a small amount of water occasionally to maintain a degree of moisture content. If it manages to flatten then stop the spraying and allow it to dry out fully, if possible in the same room it will eventually be fitted in.
If you manage all this then you MUST seal all edges and faces before fitting to try and prevent it happening again. Finally, secure it from underneath in as many places as possible with strong right angled brackets.
