Hi,
I'm hoping someone may be able to offer advice. I have a combi boiler in the bedroom. A pipe from the combi feeds down into the living room and out the external wall. After heavy rain today a small amount of water is getting into the living from where pipes feeds outside. After inspection outside part of the brick next to the pipe is completely cracked - I could pull it out with my hand, the mortar has also crumbled.
Could I fix this myself by simply cementing around the pipe? Any advice welcome. Pics attached. Thanks
