Hi all,

Getting an internal leak circled in pics started at bottom inside and then rose over time.

Happens when rains heavy, have just had windows done so know it isn’t that.

My suspicion is it is the lack of mortar in between bricks on outside circled.( thinking mainly from the one at the bottom brick without mortar)

Is this where water is getting in between brick at bottom and into internal wall?

And would it just be a case of putting more mortar in gaps between the bricks.

Or something else ..?

Any advice would be great

Probably poor window install resulting in leaks around the frame .
Don’t know why you think new windows install precludes it from being the cause .

Hi foxhole ,thanks for response , it started when we had old windows in?

Could this still be the case ?
