damaged oak floor

we have a virginia oak floor that has some small dents where some broken tiles were dropped on it,is there any way to get them out witout sanding?or can i get a filler and stain it again thankyou

The joiners etc on here may have a better solution for this but I thought the best way to fill these was to mix a little wood glue with fine shavings from the same kind of wood to make a filler, sand and seal.
 
assuming its solid oak

hot iron damp tea towel this will let the fibres slip your likely to get around 30% improvent on average

how deep is the dammage!!!!!!
if its less than 2mm you would be better living with it as the surface will soon be worn in and lived in :D ;)
