damp floor

Ive just built a conservatory and Ive a damp floor , The floor is concrete which has been down about 3 mths . Its only damp one end of the room say about 6 inches away from the wall but not all the way along it.

at the moment the floor is lower than the damp course could this been the problem ?

hi, how was the floor constructed? was the base built up to dpc then the sub floor laid correctly ( membrane included into the dpc to eliminate damp etc ) or is it upvc all the way down to the dpc?
