Damp in Roof Space

I have recently discovered white mould on the woodwork in my loft,
I have recently had my guttering and facia boards replaced
could this be a problem with ventilation and if so what action can be taken to clear the mould and prevent it happening again.

sounds like lack of ventilation. a topic which has be dicussed on these forums before
