damp problem?

my bungaow was built in 1946. its built on a raft of concrete and the dpc is at ground level. so no bricks below dpc. what is the best way to treat a small amount of damp after rain.
 
You needs to find out if this damp is coming up [the slab], across [the wall slab junction] or down [the wall] before it comes inwards
