I was bolting down my downstairs toilet into the concrete floor. I drilled down 10cm into the concrete floor to fit the plugs and at about 8cm the drill came out the other side - i was not expecting this. Will I have I drilled through a DPM? Do I need to seal the hole? What should I use? The house is a 1980's Barratt home. Thanks in advance.
