Hi there.
I've recently purchased a house and had the ceilings upstairs pitched. The roof has 3 vented roof tiles for sufficient ventilation and celotex in between the plaster boards and baton with enough room behind for sufficient air circulation. A couple of weeks ago I had both chimneys on either side if the house removed. Recently I've noticed a small damp/wet patch forming next to one of the perlings that are running through the house. I noticed it when there was no rain so I don't really know what it could be. I've uploaded some pics onto my profile, so any advice on how to proceed would be great.
Thanks
Kieron
