Can anyone help me to confirm if the Automatic reset high limit thermostat phial needs replacing ?
Danesmoor 15/19 locks out after 3 or 4 mins running

Is it the red lamp on the burner control box that comes on - that you press to reset?

If you are resetting the burner red button on the burner.
Then nothing unlikely anything wrong with the thermostat
more likely a burner problem. Pump, solenoid valve, coil, photocell.
Or simply bad adjustment and the boiler is choked with soot.
