can any one explain how to simply connect a 15/50 pump upto a pipe stat so that the pump comes on when solid fuel fire is heating up heat exchanger

Live feed to common, Switched live from normally open to pump. If you cannot work it out from the wiring diagram in the stat, should you be doing the job?

The primary circuit should be gravity, to bring the pump on for say the radiators, you want the make on rise connection.
