Dark staining on roof board

Hi, I've had this dark staining on one of my roof boards in loft for at least a couple of years now. House is 7 yrs old. Its not damp to touch, doesn't wipe off when I touch it and is just a small patch. Is it mould? No signs of dampness in loft and hasn't gotten bigger in the last year (I took a photo back then & compared with this one). Thanks.

High moisture causing mould. Air getting trapped.
