No, I don't either. I plan to design 17th board changes (if I have to use dual RCD boards at all...) so that the upstairs lights and downstairs sockets are on one RCD & downstairs lights and upstairs sockets on the other.

I still feel it is a poor solution that (like 16th split boards) does not strictly comply.
