Decent cad system

Has anybody out there any experiance of a decent cad sytem that can be used for garden/landscape design. Im after something that is more towards the professional end of the market.

yes looked at that, however i was after something specifically catered towards the landscaping market.

There are addins or what ever thay are called for ACadd which do the business for surveying ... thinking lots of height data points being converted to 3d surface, which all gets a bit complex.
Or is it just 2d plan simple stuff ?
