It is an acceptable excuse for a fence to start looking rubbish and start falling apart after a couple of years, to say "all the quality fence panels went to China leaving only poor quality ones".
that happened in 2007 when there was a shortage of fencing. it didnt affect the quality. That said lap panel fences are poor quality anyway, unless you gor for the ones that are about 25 a panel, and will never last that long, without minor defects. Shouldnt have been fitted upside down, thats just amatureish, but as they are outside in all weathers, it wont affect the water penetration of them
