I'm in the process of building an extension, and will be fitting bi folds with a weathered threshold.
The extension continues the theme from the rest of the house in that there are suspended timber floors and air bricks throughout so need ventilation.
I would like the decking to be flush or as close as possible to being flush with the internal floor level, with only a small weathered threshold between.
I've seen the X-sectional designs of using ACO drains however, these all appear to be with solid screed flooring internally.
Is it possible to do the same with a floor that requires ventilation or is there another work around for it?
