please bear with me hope i explain this right 
. i want to put a deck down in the back yard which is slopped and all concrete so i was thinking of a free standing one(hope this is right on its own no support from fence or walls) would it be easier to stick it on metposts or build a frame to level the area with concrete and let the deck sit on it with damp proofing underneath
