How do I deck this area?

I want to lay a deck over a concreted area in the corner of the garden but have two problems.

1) the concrete has been poorly laid and slopes away too much to the right. Otherwise it is sound.
2) I want the decking to be about 18" wider than the concrete. This area is bare earth but unfortunately is on the left and highest side of the concrete.

What is the best way to level and fix the deck support frame?
