Boris does make **** up frequently and with gusto. He's as trustworthy as a nine Bob note.
Even if you like the fact he's (probably) going to follow through on Brexit, which he probably is, let's not pretend he is a careful, measured and detail oriented person. Even a tried and tested bullshit artist can tell the truth when it suits them.
