Thank you for any help with this. I have this dent in the rear door of a Nissan Micra from 2014. I can take the door card out but it's not very good access to the door panel. What would you say is the best way of trying to pull this dent? Thanks

Lots and lots of videos on paintless dent removal (PDR) on you tube. Heat and suction mainly, have a look.
Unfortunate that the dent is on that swage line in the panel. That will make it more difficult to pull out and the line will actually strenghthen the deformation of the panel. Can't imagine you would get anything with suction to stay attached because of that raised line. A flat panel would have a chance with a suction cup on it and may pull out. This is one for the pros. A paintless dent removal expert may be able to spoon it out from behind if reasonable access. Failing that, it's a body shop.
