Hello, I have a conservatory off the kitchen with 5 large double glazed windows and french doors. When I open the kitchen door the 4 of the windows and one of the french doors steam up, but the other window and door remain clear. My thinking is that some of the dg units are fitted the wrong way round. If so, how do I tell whether it is the units that stwam up or the ones that remain clear?

    Hope someone can help!!

The moisture from the kitchen condenses on the double glazing it hits which is cold enough .Condensation can occur either side of double glazing .

Yes, Thanks I am aware of that . My point is that some steam up (badly) but the others do not steam up at all. That is what I do not understand and was wondering ,if some of windows were fitted the wrong way round , would this cause it?

I've read stuff about units with K glass being installed the wrong way round, not sure if it could be something to do with that? However some say it's almost irrelevant what way round units are installed i.e. indiscernible differences inside. Again not sure if this is factually correct. Found this:
