Hi,

My alarm system has been going off maybe once a week for around a month but today has gone off nearly ten times so figured it's time to fix it..

The manual has the model number RINS1548-4, which google suggests is a Pyronix system?

It was installed 4.5 years ago and haven't had any problems until recently (so also no maintenance done in that time). When the alarm triggers it mentions tamper fault on the screen. Is there a way to tell what it thinks has been tampered with? User panel / alarm bell? I'd prefer to avoid the installers call-out charge if there's something I can fix myself!

TIA

Ok it’s the tamper switch on the bellbox a common fault and if it’s a wireless bell it’s going to need a new battery
