Hi! I removed the socket from the wall and opened it in other to remove a broken Charger Pin but now i'm unable to put it all together as I'm not sure where the pins go. Do any one have a diagram of how the socket are put together.

Buy a new one!, should only be a few quid if its just a standard white moulded one

What sort of socket are you refering to?
A typical 13A socket doesn't have charger pins, and if broken need replacing.

My guess is that he had a wall-wart plugged in and it got bashed and the earth pin (almost always a dummy bit of plastic just to open the shutters) snapped off.

Sammy - did you actually dismantle the socket once you got it off?

ban.
Yes, I dismantled it and now I'm finding it diffcult to put it together with out a diagram.

A diagram?

What possible reason could you have for thinking that every single brand and model of socket is made in the same way?

Buy a new one.
