Everything seemed so simple and innocent .

ps- blackpool zoo didn't open until round about 1971 ish .

All the animals were kept in b/pool tower. The monkeys were kept at the top of the tower and lived with the dwarves (so i was told).
Albert and the Lion huh ? aww --how things change .
