Difference between Honeywell 4073A1039 and 1088

Hi, I am about to order a replacement for my divertor valve which says 4037A1039 at the back. Has it got to be 1039 or 1088 will fit as well ?

Which one would be better ?

any help, much appreciated.

One is 22mm and the the is 28mm.
