Dimplex storage heater duoheat, no heat!

Hi was wondering if anyone could help, I normally use my Dimplex storage heater just to get instant heat feature from the front panel. But it stopped working a while ago. It's model is DUO500i. The lights come on fine but no heat what's so ever. Any advice appreciated

Looks like on over temp cut out to the left of the main board, you need to check it out, there may be reset button on it

Had a look couldn't seem to find any type of reset button. Tried seeing again if any heat coming out but no luck, I do hear a clicking noise coming from the heater when on every few minutes it seems

You really need a multi meter to test it
