Dishwasher cleaning 3/4 only

Recently my dishwasher has not been cleaning a bottom half of my dishwasher. The entire top gets cleaned well and the bottom left, where I load plates also gets cleaned well. But, no matter what I put in the bottom right half of the machine, it never gets that clean, no matter how light the dirt is.

I have checked everything and it all seems okay, so am pretty stumped by this. Any ideas greatly welcomed.
