Distance from vertical flue to vent tile.

Hi All,

I need to fit a vent tile in a utility room for the extractor and the only location available to me at the moment is near to my boiler flue outlet (Vaillant Ecotec).

The flue is a vertcal one through a pitched roof. Anyone have any experience in this regards?
