Is there a certain distance a copper water pipe has to be from a fuse spur, the spur is for a boiler. Wanting to run a pipe vertically pasted it.

There is no distance, the minimum being far enough away as to not obstruct operation of the switch, ensure that the fuse can be changed and ensure the whole thing can be removed and replaced.
