Am looking for a way so send mixed water from a shower mixer to one of two taps located either side of a large sink (more like spouts as they dont have taps, -the shower mixer controls the flow).

Is there something like an inline Y valve 15mm that can send water one way or another but not stop it altogether?

Many of the normal shower valve people do them, they're called "diverters"! Usually they're to either bath or shower, and are buried in the wall, some surface.

Have you seen what plumbing shops want to charge for a shiny new shower diverter?!

...when all I'm after is something slightly more complex than a ballfix for a couple of quid :)

will chase up the 3-way, thanks.
