It's not a new installation so just swap the tap for one with an integral dcv.

Hi Guys, just realised.
Isnt the double check valve to the right of what i installed (someone called it a standard isolator).
It has an arrow on it to show flow direction?
If not, i will just get a plumber out - i am easily confused lol.

No, the other part is an isolation valve, arrow shows direction of water flow. You dont need to do anything drastic to comply with regs, simply replace the existing bib tap outside with a new tap that contains a double check valve. http://www.screwfix.com/p/pegler-hu-bib-tap-with-check-valve/11558 Jobs a good un.
