There was talk of one years ago. I can't remember if it materialised or not, but it does not appear in the Google Play Store.

I just thought an app designed for a phone would work better than a web site, why else would other sites have apps ? Opening an app is quicker than opening a browser and then going to a site, but no idea if anything is better/worse when viewing.
