Has anyone upgraded the HDD in one of these DVR's?

s it a straightforward process i.e. straight swap out?

We now do our own.
But:
No, it ain't a straight forward swap out.

DO you have any more info on this or even a service manual?

We are currently dont have anyone contracted to this system and i'm finding it difficult to get anything out of dedicated micros.
