Do these sheds need sanding before painting?

We’ve a whole row of wooden sheds in our garden in various stages of care- in South Devon, UK.
Over the last couple of years I’ve painted them a couple of times with ‘Ronseal total Coloured wood preserver’ and then next year with ‘Cuprinol ducks back’, but didn’t sand back between. I haven’t painted it last year.

As one is already peeling in places, I’m now wanting to paint one with ‘Sadolin superdec satin’- should I sand the whole shed back first? There are areas where paint is peeling but other areas where paint looks good as new, under eaves etc.
Should I sand back the whole entire thing, or just where the paint is peeling and patchy?

My neighbour used a Dulux satin over duckback on fence and all good. I didn't think it would take.
Just lashed on no prep

How many coats did you give them?

Just give it a quick light sand with a high grit sandpaper (around 120) to key the surface to help the paint stick, and to remove any flaky bits, then it should be fine.
