does a water fire extinguisher become extremely cold

Can anyone tell me does a water fire extinguisher become extremely cold when in use?
 
no because the gas content is small its purely a propellant in a small canister inside
the ones that get very cold are the ones where the gas fills the whole extinguisher and draws in heat to expand rapidly
