Does anybody recognise this tap?

Bought from a retailer who disappeared years ago. Now it's dripping and I want to buy new cartridges. Any ideas on the make?

...and how do I disassemble it, please?

If your after changing washers, if it is not a quarter turn one.
Then undo the metal sheath just below the handle where the spindle goes i to it, unter the will be a nut, undo that and you can get at the washer.
turn water off first

They are quarter turn. Does than mean a cartridge and I'm doomed?

If I take the cartridges to my local plumber's supplier, what's the likelihood that they are some kind of universal cartridge?

There are cartirages, but not sure take it out, take it down.

You will probably be able to get replacement cartridges, take a tap head with you as all splines aren't the same size.

Buy a new tap, a lot less hassle.
