Hello

I want to install a keyshapped bath tub like this one

http://www.sanctuary-bathrooms.co.uk/baths/single-ended-baths/carron-arc-single-ended-bath.html

But what is aconfusing is that some of them have the plug hole at the other end

I guess it doesn't make too much difference apart from you don't want to have to be standing on it when taking a shower?

Also my dad who is helping me with the DIY seems to be insistant to buy it from the bathroom stuff from somewhere local not online would you ever buy a bathtub online? also he says I must buy a bathtub that comes with a shower screen that is designed for the bath tub ...but are any of them really designed for a particular bathtub?

They are different baths, one is for use with a shower the other isn't (specifically). It doesn't matter which end the waste is at but you would normally have it at the shower end as the bath is flatter to stand on.

As mentioned totally different baths, shower screen is only specific where the bath edge is not straight.[P shaped bath for instance].
