Hi all, I'm hoping to demolish an original 1.5m by 5.0m lean-to on a gable end (ex council) and new build a bed/bathroom, 3.0m by 6.0m according to the Planning Portal its ok for permitted development, but planning are asking for more info, the height will be the same, app 2.5m (8ft), will the cubic c. of the build be classed as the whole new build or the added on extra which is 1.0 by 1.5.m?, thanks in advance for all help and advice, more to come.
