Does this price seem reasonable for my new build roof?

Hi Guys

Ive been looking for quotes for my new build roof, so far only one returned out of 4, must be a busy season.


On labour only, I supply all materials comes in at 8.750

- windows to be fitted and fitted by external company
-all cranked beams to be supplied and fitted by external company

As per the attached pics includes everything else up to gutter level, 8.750 for the entire roof with the dormers finished to gutter level, the flat part of the upper roof finished with fibre glass

Does that seem like a reasonable price.

Just curious, is this a semi-detached self-build?

I think the price varies a lot depending on region eg. London being a lot more expensive. I'm sure the roofing experts will be along soon...
