Dog damaged walls.

My sons over-active dog has badly damaged the plaster walls in his hallway. The dog has thankfully grown out of its destructive phase but he’s left quite an eyesore.

How best to repair/patch-up said walls? See link to pics below.

Alternatively on the worst ones a standard patch would work, depends what you feel comfortable doing. Make sure to get them as clean as you can before you start.
