Dog Fence Help Please

Morning,

My dog keeps digging under the fence and escaping, How much roughly am I looking at for someone to come and bury chicken wire under the ground for the length of the fence, its about 200 feet long. it is a timber fence and i want 1ft buried and 2" of the wire showing to be stapled neatly to the botton of the fence.
