Dogs

After my dissapearence for 4 days days at the Brit Grand Prix my wife was nun-too impressed and after a long discussion we have decided to buy a dog (gotta get back in the good books)

But, in all seriousness its a discussion we have been having for over a year now as I think our children should have animals around them.

BUT, we have bought a pup. Its a Great Dane (pedigree) and we based our decision on the temprement on the dog.

Now, ive just seen her dad

Just wondering if any others have that dog and could enlighten me how they are. (we have diet sheets etc) so the dog will be well cared for, but any advice would be welcome.

No funny comments from you comediens out there eh!

Great temperament, great with young kids who'll treat it like pony

You ain't likely to have burglars either, not because the dog will attack them as they are generally quite docile (unless trained otherwise) but because the bark is the bark of a big dog.

Fact is (as you've now realised no doubt) ... They are BIG.
