Hi, refurbing a wardrobe, the door seems to be an internal house door. I have a decorative ceramic knob from Zara that I would like to use, but the pin/screw is not long enough to secure on inside of door. Does anyone know if these pins/screws are available in different sizes and what they are called? I don't want to use a standard screw as a decorative one is required and sits in the centre of the door knob. Thanks

Could you not drill a big hole halfway through the back of the door, thus leaving less thickness of wood for the screw to actually go through?
