Door Saddle ?

Where can I purchase a door saddle/threshold, to cover the meeting point of tiles and laminate flooring accross a 1ft wide approx) entrance. There is also a height difference between the tiled and laminate floors.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Get a piece of suitable hardwood machined up into a threshold.
