door threashold

All the threasholds in my house are very loose and need replacing. The floor is concrete and they have been screwed in, but they are all loose.
Is there a right wood to use? and what is the best way to attach then again? Thanks

Use a hard wood stain or paint to your colour scheme,you can use existing holes if you like just go size larger with rawlplug or drill new ones.
try no more nails type sealant on bottom of wood before you screw it down,that and screws should keep it solid
