Was hoping somoeone could shed some light on this subject....
We own a back to back terrace in the Leeds area of the UK which already has a small dormer on the already converted loft area. We want to take this dormer out and build out the whole top floor out to the current eaves and divide the top floor into two rooms. There are a number of properties on our terrace and also on surrounding streets that have already done this.
Does this require planning permission?
